We are unsure about the age of this M.G. Contreras Flamenco y Estudo guitar. We could not find a serial number or other marker identifying its year of manufacture. From features and appearance we would guess 1980's or 90's. The label (see picture) states: Calle Mayor, 80 / Madrid - 13. Solid cedar top and a lighter grained mahogany back and sides. The neck is close to straight with a desirable slight forward bow. It features an ebony fretboard and bridge, 2" (52mm) nut and 25-9/16" scale. Fret wear is light. There is 3/32" of saddle projecting above the bridge. Big, clean sound with good individual note definition. With hardshell case.
